    • 60 Minute Therapeutic Massage

Take a moment to deepen your relationship with your body through this deeply personalized session combining traditionally eastern and western modalities to leave you feeling at ease, at rest, and with greater access to space and breath. We will work together to discuss your personal needs, medical history, and the overall goals of how you would like to work towards feeling, to create a session that can address muscle tension, chronic pain, and promote grounding and stress relief.

    • Partner Massage Lessons

      $200.63- Virtual Options

An experience that welcomes play, curiosity, and connection, we’ll learn simple techniques to offer touch and healing to your partner. This 90-minute lesson is broken down into two 45-minute segments, giving each of you equal time to learn techniques and practice on each other under an LMT’s guidance. We’ll talk about body mechanics, some anatomy (as much or little as you wish), and how to practice different tools of communication around touch, pleasure, and consent.

    • Connective Tissue Massage

Find greater body awareness that you can carry out of session and into day-to-day through this practice of myofascial manipulation. The technique draws on principles of Structural Integration, working to organize your body in its relationship to gravity. In this collaborative and educational session, we’ll work together to understand your body and how you move through space, then build cues and imagery that will improve your body awareness.

    • Reiki

      $97.61- Virtual Options

Through a session, we will exchange energy back-and-forth through still holding, which can be practiced hands on or with hands just off the body for folks looking for a modality that does not include touch. A traditional Japanese healing technique that focuses on the energy channels of the body, Reiki is a gentle practice of laying-of-hands in varying positions to increase one’s life force energy, often promoting stress relief and centering, facilitating an ideal environment for your body to recover and heal. If you’re looking for a space where you can simply be held, this is that space.
