    About Muireall Brown

the name my ma gave me is "muireall," which means "sea-bright" in my ancestors' scot's gaelic tongue. i grew up as many of us do: unrooted and with just snippets of wisdom to guide the way. my first encounter with intentional embodiment and trauma work was yoga, which frankly saved my life. at that time I also began a serious study of ceremony and folk magic-- all which i bring to the work i do now. in 2017 i attended bodywork school where I learned more about bringing mindfulness to the soma and how to skillfully help people toward embodied agency. to learn more, visit endtimesresilience.com
