Hi, I’m Noah! I work with people longing to build a deeper connection to their bodies so they can feel more grounded & present in how they show up for themselves, their families & their communities. My offerings include somatic coaching, intuitive healing, ancestral listening & ritual baking. My work is creative & holds individual healing as sacredly interconnected with collective transformation. I believe accessing places & spaces of wisdom & belonging that are erased by colonialism, white supremacy, patriarchy and more, is a key part of reclaiming wholeness & showing up to meet the moment.

In this offering, we will explore how our bodies communicate and express themselves on a nervous system level, and I will offer tools and resources to help folks deepen their relationship with their bodies and the information they convey. Some of the benefits to somatic healing: understand a clearer sense of boundaries, increase self-trust, move through places of repetitive stuckness, increase capacity to feel range of emotions, access and learn to relate to subtle messages in the body. Sessions are 60 min on zoom or in-person.

This work is expansive and offers an entry point into ancestral exploration that is subtle, rooted in present time and makes room for deep joy and nourishment—while simultaneously honoring the many complexities that exist around ancestral lineage work. Opportunity for support to create a self-guided baking ritual or in-person baking accompaniment.
