This offering is for those who are looking to work one-on-one with a practitioner to move into more aliveness through healing trauma and releasing stuck embodied patterns. using practices from several modalities, we work to create a container of care that supports change in the direction you want to move. this way of practice diverges from talk therapy in that it centers boby based processing, does not assume pathology, works at the speed of trust, places social context on equal footing with with individual experience, and uses creative and/or spiritual approaches to healing.
