“Caroline has met me where I’m at every step of the way. I feel seen and heard by her in ways that I previously have no experienced in a therapy setting. The relationship we have has helped me in so many ways, but mostly in helping me to find my voice as a womxn in a patriarchal world).” – Client
“I have learned how to live in my body after years of feeling hatred towards it. Caroline has supported me in processing my trauma and developing a supportive reparenting experience of my inner child.
