Hi y’all! My name is Sophie Wild, and I’m grateful to share my practices of trauma-informed yoga and meditation with you. I specifically work to cultivate accessible, brave spaces that recognize the beauty of gender variance and neurodiversity, emphasizing the embodied potential for empowerment within each body-heart-mind.

“Sophie is an amazing facilitator. She creates a safe and welcoming space for everyone. With her guidance, I feel safe to explore and share my inner self. She is grounded, loving, compassionate, and wise. Sophie radiates positive energy which unifies the group and raises my vibration to a higher level. I always feel more hopeful, optimistic and connected after sessions with Sophie. She connects deeply at the heart-level. She has the ability to hold space for those who have experienced significant trauma. I highly recommend her.” – Wendy H.
“Sophie is a trauma-informed yoga instructor and meditation facilitator who is well versed in ensuring their offerings are accessible to all. Sophie is trained in providing services to those underrepresented and underserved in the yoga and wellness community, including those with addiction issues, trauma and other mental health issues, physical mobility issues, people in larger bodies, those in the queer community, and more. Her knowledge in these areas shines through in all my interactions with her, as she clearly prioritizes open, warm, welcoming, and inclusive language and practice. I consider myself lucky to have worked with her!” – Madelyn
200-Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Certificate (The Tree Yoga Studio; Los Angeles, California)
I completed my trauma-informed, social justice-oriented yoga teacher training in June 2019, and I endeavor to make my classes as accessible as possible. Given the realities of the current pandemic, offerings will temporarily be limited to virtual access or private home sessions only, observing social distancing. Thanks for your understanding.
